Phasmophobia's Do As I Command Challenge: A Guide to Completion
Challenge Mode in Phasmophobia presents weekly, unique contracts with modified conditions and equipment. This guide focuses on the "Do As I Command" challenge.
Understanding Challenge Mode
Challenge Mode tasks require completing a specific contract three times before the weekly reset (Sunday). Correctly identifying the ghost each time is crucial. Optional objectives offer bonus points but aren't mandatory for challenge completion. Successful completion awards $5,000 plus earned points.
Tackling the "Do As I Command" Challenge
The "Do As I Command" challenge is considered relatively easier than other Challenge Mode contracts. The challenge description highlights the need to actively elicit evidence from a less-active ghost. The location is fixed: Sunny Meadows (the "Restricted" version is excluded).
The challenge provides a Tier 3 equipment loadout, and importantly, a functioning fuse box. This is beneficial, as Sunny Meadows investigations can be challenging due to potentially quiet ghosts.
A significant advantage is the inclusion of all seven Cursed Possessions, conveniently located together in the chapel.
Utilizing items like the Haunted Mirror or Ouija Board can expedite ghost location identification. The Voodoo Doll or Monkey Paw can provoke ghost activity, aiding evidence gathering. Remember the risks associated with Cursed Possessions: sanity loss and cursed hunts.
By strategically employing these tools and understanding the challenge's less demanding ghost behavior, players can efficiently complete the "Do As I Command" challenge in Phasmophobia.
Phasmophobia is available on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
