Allah says in the Quran:

“And establish prayer for My remembrance.” (20:14)
“Indeed, successful are the believers - Those who are humbly submissive in their prayer…” (23:1-2)
“…and establish prayer. Indeed, prayer prohibits immorality and wrongdoing, and the remembrance of Allah is greater…” (29:45)

These verses highlight Salat's importance in remembering Allah, exhibiting humility, and avoiding wrongdoing.
