Blind Shogi, a strategic board game, challenges players to battle without knowing their opponent's pieces. Deduce your opponent's pieces based on captured units and strive for victory.

This Android application offers a single-player experience of Gunjin Shogi (Blind Shogi), without online multiplayer capabilities.

In Blind Shogi, the objective is to deduce your opponent's pieces from those you've captured and ultimately conquer their headquarters. Losing your headquarters to an opponent's piece results in defeat.

Game Modes:

  • Normal Match: Challenge yourself against the AI at "Beginner" or "Advanced" difficulty levels.
  • Campaign: Learn the rules through a tutorial, and then play through special modes featuring Naofumi Tatsumi and Maresuke Nogi.
  • Referee Mode: This helpful tool assists in playing Gunjin Shogi offline with a friend, providing a virtual referee function.

Note: This game is known internationally as Stratego.
