S-Tier
S-Tier Agents consistently excel in their roles and synergize effectively with others.
-
Miyabi: Exceptional Frost damage dealer. Requires strategic play, but her high damage output makes her a top contender.
-
Jane Doe: A superior version of Piper, boasting significantly higher Assault Anomaly Crit damage. While Anomaly units are generally slower, her damage potential places her among the elite.
-
Yanagi: Excels at triggering Disorder, even without applying Shock. Her ability to trigger Disorder on existing Anomalies makes her a valuable teammate, particularly for Miyabi.
-
Zhu Yuan: High-damage DPS with swift Shotshell attacks. Pairs well with Stun and Support Agents; particularly effective with Qingyi and Nicole in Version 1.1.
-
Caesar: Redefines the Defensive Agent role. Provides exceptional protection, powerful buffs, debuffs, and crowd control. Her Impact scaling enables easy enemy stuns.
-
Qingyi: A versatile Stunner effective in almost any team with an Attack Agent. Her fluid movements and high DMG multiplier on stunned enemies surpass Lycaon and Koleda, except in Ellen teams where Lycaon's Ice synergy is superior.
-
Lighter: A Stun Agent with significant buffs, best suited for Fire and Ice teams. His synergy with numerous powerful units secures his high ranking.
-
Lycaon: Ice-based Stunner relying on charged attacks to apply Ice and Daze. His ability to reduce Ice resistance and boost Daze DMG makes him essential for Ice teams.
-
Ellen: Ice-elemental Attack Agent synergizing exceptionally with Lycaon and Soukaku. Her damage output is amplified by their buffs, making her a top performer.
-
Harumasa: A free-to-play Electric Attack Agent; powerful once his specific build requirements are met.
-
Soukaku: A supportive Ice buffer who enhances Ice Anomaly application and provides significant buffs to Ice units like Ellen and Lycaon.
-
Rina: A Support Agent dealing considerable damage while granting PEN (defense ignore) to allies. Her high damage output and Shock Anomaly application make her valuable, especially with Electric characters.
A-Tier
A-Tier Agents are strong in specific team compositions but may not always be top performers.
-
Nicole: Ether Support, pulling enemies into energy fields and boosting Ether DMG while shredding enemy DEF. Her effectiveness is primarily limited to Ether DPS teams.
-
Seth: A capable shield and support, but not as impactful as top-tier buffers like Soukaku and Caesar. His niche support for Anomaly DPS is less universally beneficial than ATK buffers.
-
Lucy: Support unit dealing off-field DMG and providing ATK% buffs. Her DPS increases significantly with synergistic team compositions.
-
Piper: Her EX Special Attack is exceptionally powerful, but her kit is otherwise limited. She shines in Anomaly teams due to her consistent Assault Anomaly generation.
-
Grace: A strong Anomaly Agent, excelling at applying Shock and triggering consistent DMG. Her relevance has diminished slightly with the influx of newer Anomaly Agents.
-
Koleda: Reliable Fire/Stun character, effective in teams with other Fire units. Her synergy with Ben enhances her moveset.
-
Anby: Reliable Stunner with quick and effective combos. Her interruption vulnerability holds her back compared to other top Stunners.
-
Soldier 11: Straightforward high-damage Fire Attack unit. Her simple mechanics make her easy to use.
B-Tier
B-Tier Agents have some utility but are outperformed by others in their roles.
-
Ben: The only defensive character in ZZZ 1.0. His parry mechanic is fun, but his low speed and limited team benefits hold him back.
-
Nekomata: AoE Attack unit heavily reliant on team synergy. Her performance is limited by the current lack of supportive units for her Element and Faction.
C-Tier
C-Tier Agents currently offer limited value.
-
Corin: Physical Attack unit whose damage is contingent on continuously hitting stunned enemies. Outperformed by Nekomata and Piper.
-
Billy: Attack unit with relatively low damage output. His Chain Attacks are useful in quick-swap teams, but other DPS units are superior.
-
Anton: Attack/Electric unit with interesting Shock DMG potential, but hampered by low DPS and single-target attacks.
