The quest, "Lackey," begins by speaking with Zlata at Vostatek's residence west of Tachov. Alternatively, you can initiate the quest directly with Vitek, located slightly southeast of the house (marked 'B' on the map). This leads you north, where you'll find Vostatek under attack by wolves.

Finding Pepik in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
After rescuing Vostatek, you'll help him to his campsite where Pepik was tethered. Follow his instructions, carefully managing your stamina to avoid dropping him. Upon arrival, you'll discover Pepik is missing.
Follow the trail of clues leading to a poacher's camp. Examine each clue as prompted. At the camp, you'll find Pepik in the rear. The poachers are manageable; you can engage them individually or in small groups, or even bypass the tougher ones in the camp and escape with Pepik. Note that there's no opportunity to rest between rescuing Vostatek and recovering Pepik.
Return Pepik to Vostatek's camp. You can then choose to fast travel with him back to his home, receiving a reward of Groschen and access to lodging there. With your newfound wealth, you can purchase additional equipment or pursue other quests and romantic interests.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is currently available on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
