Netmarble has rolled out an exhilarating update for Tower of God New World, infusing the collectible card RPG on Android and iOS with a slew of new content. From fresh faces to thrilling events, and innovative gameplay modes, there's a lot to dive into with this latest patch.
The star of the show is the new SSR+ [Luxury] Po Bidau Hugo, a Yellow Element Assassin who commands the Po Bidau Army's floating ship, the Victor. Hugo, who finds her true calling in battle, wields the formidable Luxury Shield ability, capable of dealing devastating damage to a chosen target. Her inclusion significantly enhances any team's offensive capabilities.
Joining her is SSR [Unleashed Desire] David, a Purple Element Support and a clone of White. Focused on survivability, David excels at stripping debuffs from allies, making him an invaluable strategic asset on the battlefield.
The update also introduces the Coliseum Arena, an exciting new multi-deck PvP mode where players can engage in real-time battles. Operating on a weekly cycle, the arena adjusts character bans and buffs based on performance in the previous season. The inaugural season, running until March 19th, promises Expirable Titles as rewards, based on player rankings.
To celebrate, several time-limited events are now live and will continue until March 26th. The [Luxury] Po Bidau Hugo Festival invites players to delve into Hugo's Emily Talk Story and claim a variety of rewards. The Hugo Release Celebration, packed with activities such as Special Summons, Check-Ins, Boost Missions, and TapTap Plus, offers the chance to win Suspendiums and an SSR+ Hugo.
The White Day 'Sweet Popping Candy' event lets you gather 'Little Candy' through gameplay, which you can trade for SSR+ Soulstones, SSR Soulstones, and an [S] Equipment Selection Chest. Meanwhile, Hugo's Luxury Festa! event allows players to earn up to 60 Gentleman Summon Tickets by completing missions.
Adding to the excitement, new seasons for the Alliance Expedition and Revolution Room have been launched, ensuring the competition remains fresh and engaging.
