We gave the AMD Radeon RX 9070 an impressive 8/10 rating. Priced similarly to the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070, it outperforms in most games we tested and comes with more VRAM (16GB vs 12GB), making it a more future-proof option. Our tests showed it consumes about the same amount of power as the RTX 5070.

It delivers stellar 1440p performance, often reaching high refresh rates even without frame generation, and includes an AI upscaler for enhanced image quality. The only drawback is its close performance to the Radeon RX 9070 XT."
We awarded the AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT a perfect 10/10. Despite being $150 cheaper than the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, it surpasses it in several games we tested, with some benchmarks showing a significant lead. Like the 9070, it also features 16GB of VRAM. However, it does consume more power and runs hotter on average compared to the RTX 5070 Ti.
