Application Description

Royal Petrol LLP, owner of the Royal Petrol and Continent gas station networks, proudly presents its loyalty program. Designed for both existing and new customers, this program rewards purchases with bonus points (Bonuses), exclusive discounts, and special offers tailored to member preferences.

These rules govern participation in the loyalty program.

Participants must be individuals aged 14 or older, legally permitted to conduct minor household transactions, registered in the program according to these rules, and possessing an individual identification number (IIN) as per Kazakhstani law.

The Participant Questionnaire collects information from prospective members during registration. By completing the questionnaire, participants voluntarily consent to the processing of their personal data (as defined by the Republic of Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, "On personal data and their protection"). This includes processing via email, instant messaging, SMS, phone, mail, automated tools, and electronic databases for advertising and informational purposes. This consent remains valid until withdrawn in writing.

A Virtual Card is an electronic card generated within the Mobile Application, without a physical counterpart.

Bonus points (Bonuses) are awarded for purchases at Royal Petrol stations, as detailed in the program terms. One Bonus point equals one tenge. Bonuses are redeemable exclusively at Royal Petrol stations.

Each participant’s Bonus account tracks accrued and redeemed Bonuses, displaying the current balance.
