In Brighter Shores, the Brannof family needs your help recovering a lost weapons shipment. This guide details how to complete "The Lost Shipment" quest.
Quest Start:
Find Brannof Hall's dining room (off Brannof Boulevard, near the Town Square). Speak with Cohen; he'll reveal the missing weapons and provide two leads. Crucially, speak to him again to receive both clues.
Quest Completion:
Before proceeding, remove any Town Guard gear to avoid suspicion. The quest involves two separate investigations:
1. Captain Shirker's Lead:
Find Captain Shirker on The Vincible (southeast of town). After a meal at The Delectable Dab (near the Town Square), he'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat. Locate this man in the Town Square.
He'll lead you to "The Illusion," a weapons dealer. To access the weapons, you must impersonate "Sam" (requires a monobrow).
Get a monobrow from the hairdresser on Old Street West (costs 8 Silver and 280 Copper).
2. The Hooked Hand Lead:
Investigate The Hooked Hand restaurant (near Eel Street). After speaking to several patrons, you'll learn about the Frequently Fresh Fish Stall.
Find the stall past the Eel Street Bridge. The Fishmonger requires a Fetid Flounder (requires Level 25 Fishing Skill). Catch it, write a note (using Quill, Ink, and Paper from Lord Brannof's desk), hide it in the fish, and give it to the Fishmonger.
Hide nearby; the Furtive Stranger will buy the fish.
Follow him to Monab Row. Remove your Guard gear to reveal your monobrow. Identify yourself as "Sam" to gain entry, defeat the thief (Level 30), and retrieve the plumbatae.
Return the weapons to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
