Genshin Impact 5.4 Quality of Life Changes
In Genshin Impact 5.4, players can look forward to five new quality-of-life improvements. Four of these focus on streamlining the process of upgrading characters, while one enhances the experience within the Serenitea Pot.
Character Training Guide Enhanced

The first major enhancement in Genshin Impact version 5.4 is an update to the Character Training Guide. This feature simplifies the process of building new characters by automatically calculating the resources required for their upgrades. Players now have the flexibility to adjust the settings; for instance, if you don’t intend to level a character to 90, you can customize the guide to show only the materials needed to reach level 70.
But that's not all. The updated Character Training Guide will now also pinpoint the locations of required materials on your world map. Simply click on the material you wish to gather, and icons will appear on your map. Once you select a character for upgrading, the game will set reminders for when you can farm those materials.

The second quality-of-life improvement in Genshin Impact 5.4 is a convenient addition to the crafting system. While browsing Character Development Items, you can now click on the ‘Craftable Amount’ option under an item’s description. This not only displays how many you can craft at that moment but also allows you to teleport directly to a nearby crafting table, saving you time and effort.

Now, you no longer need to navigate through multiple pages when upgrading a character. For example, if you're looking to upgrade a Cryo character’s talents, a new filter lets you view all your Cryo units directly within the talent section, streamlining your upgrade process.
Additionally, PC players using a keyboard and mouse will benefit from a new central filter option. This additional filter, which appears when scrolling through the character list, is based on elements, making it easier to find and manage your characters.

New Weapon Filter

Alongside the character menu improvements, Genshin Impact 5.4 introduces a refined weapon filter. This new system allows players to sort weapons by secondary attributes, making it easier to find the perfect gear. The game will also suggest weapon attributes tailored to each character, which is particularly helpful for newcomers navigating the complexities of character stats.
The update also includes an auto-add feature on the weapon enhancement screen, extending to the Refinement screen for increasing a weapon’s Refinement Level. However, higher-rarity weapons may still require unlocking before they can be added.
Serenitea Pot Upgrade

For fans of the Serenitea Pot, Genshin Impact 5.4 brings a welcome update. Tired of searching for Tubby? A new menu now allows you to interact with Tubby from a distance, enabling you to change realms or craft new furniture without the hassle of tracking down the elusive bird.
