Fortnite: Devil May Cry Collaboration Rumored

Recent leaks suggest an imminent Fortnite and Devil May Cry crossover. While Fortnite leaks are common, and not all pan out, this collaboration has been a long-standing fan request. The timing, according to multiple sources, may be very near.

This potential collaboration follows the anticipated arrival of Hatsune Miku and adds to the numerous rumors circulating within the Fortnite community. While some leaks are far-fetched, a return to previous partnerships seems more plausible. Given Fortnite's past collaborations with Capcom (including Resident Evil characters), a Devil May Cry crossover is a strong possibility for many Capcom enthusiasts.

Reliable Fortnite leaker ShiinaBR, citing Loolo_WRLD and Wensoing, corroborates the rumors. Wensoing points out that XboxEra's Nick Baker initially mentioned this in 2023, and since then, multiple insiders have independently confirmed the information, suggesting an upcoming reveal.

Timing and Character Speculation:

The sheer volume of anticipated Fortnite content suggests the Devil May Cry collaboration might launch after Chapter 6 Season 1. While some doubt the validity due to the time elapsed since the initial leak, Nick Baker's successful predictions (Doom and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collaborations) lend credibility.

Character selection remains uncertain. Dante and Vergil, the most iconic Devil May Cry characters, are likely candidates. However, as the recent Cyberpunk 2077 collaboration demonstrated, Fortnite developers may surprise fans. The inclusion of Female V in that crossover, and Fortnite's tendency to offer male and female options, suggests characters like Lady, Trish, or Nico could appear. Nero (Devil May Cry 4) and V (Devil May Cry 5) are also strong contenders.

With the leak resurfacing, further information is anticipated soon.
