Finding Feybreak Island
Feybreak Island is located in the far southwest corner of the Palpagos archipelago. The easiest route begins at Fisherman's Point, a fast travel location on the southern coast of Mount Obsidian. From there, utilize a flying or aquatic Pal to traverse the ocean.
If you haven't unlocked Mount Obsidian, journey southeast, equipping heat-resistant gear. Mount Obsidian is a prominent landmark visible from many locations. Alternatively, a longer journey directly from the Sea Breeze Archipelago is possible.
Exploring Feybreak Island
Feybreak Island dwarfs the previous expansion, Sakurajima, by more than threefold. Be prepared for powerful Pals and a new enemy faction: the Feybreak Warriors.
Immediately upon arrival, activate the Scorched Ashland fast travel point on the island's northern coast. This is crucial for quick returns after encounters.
A unique feature of Feybreak Island is its anti-air zone. Flying Pals are prohibited; attempting flight will result in missile attacks. Ground mounts are recommended until you disable the missile launchers scattered across the island.
Once secured, explore to capture new Pals, and collect vital resources like Chromalite and Hexolite for crafting and building.
The ultimate challenge awaits at Feybreak Tower, where the boss, Bjorn & Bastigor, resides. However, access requires defeating three alpha Pals (Dazzy Noct, Caprity Noct, and Omascul) and obtaining their bounty tokens.
