The original 868-Hack cleverly captured the essence of hacking, transforming complex digital warfare into an engaging and challenging roguelike dungeon crawler. Similar to the acclaimed PC game Uplink, it masterfully balanced simplicity with strategic depth. The game's success in delivering on its premise was widely praised upon its initial release.
868-Back builds upon this foundation, expanding the world and refining the core gameplay. Players will once again construct intricate Prog sequences – akin to real-world programming – but with a larger, more dynamic environment, reimagined Progs, and enhanced visuals and audio.
