As the Chief Dungeon Officer (CDO) in *CDO2: Dungeon Defense*, your primary goal is to keep your dungeon operational for as long as possible. Command the Demon King and strategically deploy over 90 different monsters, each with unique attributes based on their type, race, and role. To maximize your dungeon's defense, summon monsters that offer the best synergy, enhancing your overall strategy against the relentless heroes.

Equip your monsters with over 80 types of individual equipment to boost their capabilities. Additionally, place more than 30 kinds of Totems in each room to fortify your dungeon's defenses. Utilize over 90 types of Relics to grant powerful effects across the entire dungeon. Choose your items wisely to align with your strategic vision and keep those pesky heroes at bay.

Stay alert for over 100 random events, each with its own unique story. Keep an eye on the upcoming events list and devise the best strategies to handle them. The fate of your dungeon can shift dramatically with each decision you make. Invest in long-term research, employ Goblin Bandits for pillaging to supplement scarce resources, and have your Demon King consume monsters to enhance his stats. Every choice you make will impact your dungeon's survival in battle.

Gain permanent secondary attributes that offer significant advantages. The more you earn through gameplay, the stronger your dungeon becomes. Aim to reach 50 years to clear the game, and then push further into Challenge Mode, where the difficulty ramps up and penalties accumulate. Test your strategies under these extreme conditions and see how far you can go.
