Application Description

Avoid unexpected downpours with the Buienradar app! This comprehensive weather app provides rain radar and graphs to help you plan your day and stay dry.

Before heading out, consult the app's 3-hour and 24-hour rain radar forecasts. The radar visually displays predicted rainfall, while the accompanying graph shows precise timing and amounts (in millimeters). Zoom in for a more detailed view of your specific location using the magnifying glass.

Available for Android phones and tablets, Buienradar even includes a handy widget displaying the rain graph, allowing for quick checks without opening the app. The Wear OS app (Google Play Store only) provides radar, graphs, and hourly forecasts, with more features coming soon.

Further data includes wind chill, ground temperature, sun intensity, air pressure, gusts, visibility, humidity, and sunrise/sunset times. Seasonal radars offer pollen and mosquito forecasts in summer, and snow and ground temperature information in winter.

A 14-day forecast is available in graph and detailed list formats (hourly for 7 days, daily averages for the following week). Customizable rain alerts (push notifications) can be set for specific times and locations.
