SMSBUS is Kazakhstan's cashless electronic ticketing system for public transport. Pay for your journey directly from your phone balance – commission-free! Find a complete list of supported cities and routes on the official website: https://smsbus.kz

Simply show your electronic ticket on your phone to the driver or transport inspector for fare validation. Your ticket remains valid until you reach your final destination and is accessible in the "Valid Tickets" section. View your past tickets in the "Travel details" section.

Reasons why phone balance payments might fail:

Corporate mobile number
Outstanding trust payment
No balance top-up since number activation
Starting balance not yet used
SIM card replaced within the last 24 hours

Create a free virtual transport card within the app. Self-registration is available for standard and school cards. For other preferential cards, visit a company office with supporting documentation.

Top up your virtual card using your card number directly in the app, or through other applications like Kaspi Bank and Halyk Bank (homebank).

Camera: QR code scanning.
Location: Accurate map display, automatic bus detection for simplified payment (determining the bus code via GPS), and route planning with transfers. Enter destinations and departures via map or text address.
