Phase 10 Rules:

A phase is a combination of cards (sets, runs, same-color cards, or a mix). There are ten phases to complete:

The game begins by dealing 10 cards to each player, face down.

Phase Completion:

Phases must be completed sequentially (1 to 10).
Players must hold the complete phase before placing it down.
Additional cards beyond the minimum requirement may be added, but only if directly linked to existing cards in the phase.
Only one phase can be completed per turn.
Successful phase completion allows players to attempt the next phase in their next turn. Failure results in attempting the same phase again.
Credit for a completed phase is awarded upon placement, regardless of winning the round.

Players are not obligated to place down a completed phase but must discard a card at the end of their turn.

Ending the Round and Scoring:

After completing a phase, players must try to play out their remaining cards. Remember to always draw one card at the beginning and discard one at the end of each turn.

Once a player completes their phase and discards their last card, the round ends. Players calculate the value of remaining cards:

5 points for cards 1-9
10 points for cards 10-12
15 points for a Skip card
25 points for a Wild card

The lowest total score wins.

Winning the Game:

If only one player attempts and completes Phase 10, they win immediately. If multiple players complete phases simultaneously, the player with the lowest total score after Phase 10 wins. Ties result in a replay of Phase 10, with the first player to complete it and discard all cards declared the victor.
