Hulu has announced that the upcoming sixth season of Solar Opposites will be its last. The final season is slated to premiere sometime in the last three months of 2025.
While Solar Opposites was renewed for a sixth season in mid-2024, the announcement at the time did not specify that it would be the show's final run.
Since its debut in 2020, *Solar Opposites*, an adult animated sitcom, has followed the escapades of an alien family forced to make Earth their new home after their planet was destroyed.Created by Mike McMahan (Star Trek: Lower Decks) and Justin Roiland (Rick & Morty), Roiland's involvement with the show ended in 2023 following domestic violence charges, which were later dropped. Dan Stevens successfully stepped in to replace Roiland as the lead voice actor.
