How to Get Dhelmise in Pokémon GO
Your only chance to catch Dhelmise in Pokémon GO is by battling it as a boss in 3-Star Raids during the Beloved Buddies event. Defeat Dhelmise, and you'll get the opportunity to catch it afterward.
Dhelmise’s Weaknesses & Resistances
Dhelmise is a Grass- and Ghost-type Pokémon, making it vulnerable to Fire, Dark, Ice, Ghost, and Flying-type attacks (160% super-effective damage). Conversely, it resists Grass, Water, Electric, and Ground-type attacks (63% resistance), and also Fighting and Normal-type attacks (39% resistance).

Can Dhelmise Be Shiny?
Unfortunately, Shiny Dhelmise isn't available during this event. While disappointing, this is common for newly introduced Pokémon. A future event, perhaps a Community Day, will likely bring the Shiny variant.
Beloved Buddies Dates & Times
Mark your calendars! The Beloved Buddies event runs from Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM to Saturday, February 15, 2025, at 8:00 PM local time. This information is confirmed via the official Pokémon GO website.
Increased Wild Spawns During Beloved Buddies
During the event, several friendship-themed Pokémon will appear more frequently in the wild: Cutiefly, Diglett, Dunsparce, Fomantis, Illumise, Mantine, Minun, Nidoran♀, Nidoran♂, Plusle, Remoraid, Shellder, Slowpoke, and Volbeat. Many of these Pokémon have a chance to be Shiny, with increased odds for Shiny Dunsparce and Diglett. Remember, Lure Modules and Incenses can boost your chances!

Beloved Buddies Bonuses In Pokémon GO
Beloved Buddies offers some great bonuses:
- Double XP for catching Pokémon.
- 60-minute Lure Modules.
- Event-themed Pokémon (Diglett, Slowpoke, Shellder, Dunsparce, Cutiefly, and Fomantis) attracted to Lure Modules.
- 500 extra Stardust for each caught Diglett, Slowpoke, Shellder, Dunsparce, Cutiefly, and Fomantis.

Shiny Raid Boss encounter rates vary, with Mega Raids offering a 1 in 128 chance, and Legendary Raids a 1 in 20 chance. Keep in mind that Shiny Enamorus is not currently available.
Field Research Tasks
Limited-time Field Research tasks will be available, rewarding Stardust and encounters with Tandemaus. Specific tasks will be revealed closer to the event.
Collection Challenges
A Collection Challenge will task players with catching many of the event's featured Pokémon. Details will be released on February 11th.
