Every Marvel TV Show in the Disney+ Era Ranked

Authore: LilyUpdate:Feb 23,2025

Marvel's small-screen adventures: A ranking of Disney+ series. From the classic Hulk TV series to the gritty Netflix shows, Marvel Comics has a rich history of television adaptations. While previous attempts to connect these shows to the MCU faltered, 2021 marked a turning point with Disney+ launching interconnected series. With the recent addition of Spider-Man: Freshman Year, we're revisiting the existing twelve Disney+ Marvel shows, aggregated from IGN's expert rankings.

Disney+ Marvel Series Ranked

13 Images

  1. Secret Invasion

Disney+
Widely considered the weakest entry, Secret Invasion failed to capture the essence of the iconic comic book storyline. Director Ali Selim's unfamiliarity with the source material resulted in a slow-paced narrative, a jarring AI-generated opening, and questionable character choices, ultimately disappointing viewers.

  1. Echo

Disney+
A significant improvement over Secret Invasion, Echo delivers an action-packed story centered around Maya Lopez's return to her reservation. While a shortened episode count left some wanting, the series boasts impressive fight sequences and a groundbreaking predominantly indigenous cast.

  1. Moon Knight

Disney+
Starring Oscar Isaac, Moon Knight blends surrealism with action, exploring Marc Spector's multiple personalities. Despite a strong cast including May Calamawy as Scarlet Scarab and Ethan Hawke as the villain, the series failed to resonate enough with viewers to rank higher.

  1. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier

Disney+
Featuring Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan, this series suffered from a muddled moral compass and a focus on espionage that overshadowed the potential for exciting action sequences. Production delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic may have also impacted the final product. Despite this, the series' narrative elements have become crucial to the current MCU storyline.
