Dead by Daylight's Terrifying Junji Ito Collection: Eight New Skins Inspired by Iconic Horror Manga
Prepare for a chilling collaboration! Dead by Daylight (DbD), the popular asymmetrical horror multiplayer game, is partnering with legendary Japanese horror manga artist Junji Ito to bring his iconic characters to life in a new skin collection.
Eight Frightening Skins
This exclusive collection features eight terrifying skins inspired by Ito's renowned works, including "Tomie," "Hanging Balloons," and "Rumors." The Killers receiving new skins are The Dredge, The Trickster, The Twins, The Spirit, and The Artist. The Spirit and The Artist will boast Legendary rarity skins, complete with unique audio and sound effects. Specifically, The Spirit will sport a Tomie skin, while The Artist will be transformed into Miss Fuchi from "Rumors." Survivors Yui Kimura, Yun-Jin Lee, and Kate Denson also receive new looks.
Junji Ito himself was involved in bringing his creations to DbD. In a video shared on the official Dead by Daylight X (formerly Twitter) account, Ito expressed his delight at seeing his characters adapted for the game, commenting on how they became even more terrifying in their new form. He even participated in a gameplay session as The Artist, showcasing the Miss Fuchi skin.
