Best Places to Farm Attack EVs
Pokémon Center Area – North Province (Area Two)

A community favorite, this northeastern area (near Team Star's Fighting Crew base) is teeming with Attack EV-yielding Pokémon: Lokix, Scyther, Bisharp, Heracross, Dratini, and Ursaring. Note that some, like Falinks, offer mixed stat boosts. Consistent battling is crucial for maximizing Attack gains.
Eastern Edge of Porto Marinada

For precise EV control, the eastern outskirts of Porto Marinada are ideal. Paldean Tauros here grant 2 Attack EVs each, boosted to 10 with a Power Bracer. This allows for efficient accumulation and precise adjustments.
Power Bracer Usage
The Power Bracer (available at Delibird Presents in Mesagoza, Levincia, and Cascarrafa for 10,000 Poké Dollars) significantly accelerates EV training. It adds +8 to the Attack EVs gained from each defeated Pokémon.

Mass outbreaks offer bonus EV gains, but aren't reliable. These Pokémon consistently provide excellent Attack EV farming:
Flamigo

Common near lakes and swamps, Flamigo appear at various levels. Southeastern South Province lakes (near Grasswither Shrine) offer lower-level options, while Casseroya Watchtower No. 1 provides higher-level Flamigo (around level 50). Avoid level 9-20 Flamigo, which may possess the "Detect" ability.
Paldean Tauros

Found in central-western and central-eastern areas, Paldean Tauros often appear in groups of five. Hunting them south of Levincia is recommended. Some possess "Intimidate," slightly slowing battles.
EV Attack Training Recommendations

Both Flamigo and Paldean Tauros are excellent choices, yielding 2 Attack EVs each (10 with a Power Bracer). Only 26 battles are needed to reach the 252 EV cap. Avoid Kantonian Tauros, which only give 1 Attack EV.
The "Tropical Sandwich" (from Every Wich Way) activates the "Encounter Power: Fighting Lv. 1" bonus, increasing Fighting-type Pokémon encounters.

Kelpsy Berries reduce EVs by 10, allowing for precise adjustments if you overshoot the 252 cap.

Efficient EV training requires patience. Utilize the recommended locations, the Power Bracer, and the right Pokémon for optimal results. Avoid auto-battles and Pokémon with hindering abilities to maximize efficiency.
