ChillyRoom's upcoming action roguelike, Shadow of the Depth, is currently in open beta on Android. Reassuringly, progress will carry over to the full release, slated for December 2024. This open beta, offering a free download, is currently available in select regions, including the U.S., Canada, Brazil, UK, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines. Players in other regions can anticipate a full launch later this year.
The open beta offers a generous reward: 200 diamonds for players who log in before December 5th. The game itself plunges players into a medieval-themed world where monsters have ravaged a village, prompting Arthur, a blacksmith's son, to seek revenge. Joined by swordsmen, hunters, and mages, he descends into a monster-infested abyss.
Gameplay features randomized dungeons, challenging bosses, and extensive character customization with over 140 passive skills and a robust talent system.
