Nexon's Blue Archive has unleashed its latest update, "Rowdy and Cheery," packed with exciting new content for strategy RPG fans. This update introduces a fresh story arc, new characters, and a challenging new game mode.
The "Rowdy and Cheery" Story Arc
The update centers around a chaotic field trip between Gehenna Academy and Allied Hyakkiyako Academy. Players follow Gehenna students as they navigate their visit to Hyakkiyako, with the Festival Operations Department working frantically to keep things under control. Expect plenty of humorous chaos as the two groups interact in this 10-episode story. Completing chapters rewards players with Pyroxenes and Credit Points.
Meet Tsubaki and Umika
"Rowdy and Cheery" introduces two new characters:
- Tsubaki (Guide): A student from Allied Hyakkiyako Academy acting as a tour guide for the field trip.
- Umika: A Mystic-type Striker from the Festival Operations Department, wielding a Fireworks Launcher for devastating single-target damage.

Final Restriction Release: A New Challenge
A new game mode, "Final Restriction Release," challenges players to defeat formidable bosses. Players can deploy up to 6 Strikers and 4 Special students per unit. This mode runs until October 21st, offering valuable rewards like Credit Points, Enhancement Stones, and Workbooks crucial for the new Talent Unlock system.
