HoYoverse has unveiled details for Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6, "Among the Forgotten Ruins," launching March 12th. Prepare for chaos in New Eridu! This update significantly expands the story and introduces compelling new characters.
What's Happening in Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6?
Version 1.6 plunges Proxies into a high-stakes auction orchestrated by the Mayor, forcing them to compete for a mysterious artifact linked to the Sacrifice. Adding to the intrigue, the Mockingbird phantom thief syndicate attempts to sabotage the Mayor's plans. Other factions also vie for control of the artifact, creating a complex web of alliances and betrayals. Hugo and Vivian's suspicious behavior further complicates matters, leaving players questioning their loyalties. Watch the trailer below for a sneak peek!
Version 1.6 also introduces Anby Demara, formerly Soldier 0 and leader of Silver Squad. Now an S-Rank Electric Attack Agent, she wields dual swords, unleashing devastating electric damage. Joining her is Trigger, an S-Rank Electric Stun Agent and ace sniper from Obol Squad. She utilizes Sniper Mode to evade attacks, deliver precise shots, and set up teammates for Quick Assists.
Character Returns and New Challenges
Several popular characters are making a comeback, including Pulchra Fellini (A-Rank Physical Stun Agent), Burnice (S-Rank Fire Anomaly Agent), and Zhuyuan (S-Rank Ether Attack Agent), all returning in rerun banners. Geppetto takes center stage as the new Hollow Zero boss.
Prepare for a challenge with the new Difficulty VI in Battlefront Purge. The new Hollow Zero gameplay mode, Shadow Operation, introduces unique effects to each battle stage, such as damage boosts based on accumulated coins.
Experience unique gameplay in Trigger's TV Schedule, featuring third-person sniper missions. "March On, Tiny Titan!" lets you control a Bangboo drone in unique challenges, while "Little Knight's Big Charge" guides a Bangboo through ten trials for rewards, including Pulchra as a playable agent.
