When Does the Dual Destiny Season Begin in Pokemon GO?
The Dual Destiny season begins on December 3, 2024, and will run through March 4, 2025.
Once the season begins, players’ ranks will be reset in the GO Battle League, giving you a chance to climb to the top and collect the rank-up encounters and rewards for the season.
GO Battle League Guaranteed Rank-Up Encounters for Dual Destiny
Achieving certain ranks in the GO Battle League means a chance to encounter and catch the current season’s reward Pokemon. Guaranteed Encounters are the Pokemon you will automatically get a chance to catch once you hit a specific rank.

Dual Destiny GO Battle Week Bouses
During this season’s GO Battle Week event from January 21, 2025, to January 26, 2025, the following bonuses will reward players taking part in PvP battles through the Battle League.

Pokemon GO Battle League Avatar Item Rewards
The Max Out season avatar rewards are inspired by Grimsley, an Elite Four member in the Unova region. This character comes from Pokemon Black and White, and your avatar can achieve a convincing cosplay if you receive all the rewards.
