The excitement surrounding Natlan in Genshin Impact is reaching fever pitch! Hoyoverse has announced a special program showcasing the new region, airing this Friday at 12:00 AM (UTC-4) on Twitch and YouTube. The program, titled "Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn," promises reveals of Natlan's features, including character banners and free rewards.
The Bennett Question: A Gift or Too Much?
The announcement of free Bennett has sparked considerable discussion. While many anticipated a free Natlan character like Kachina, Hoyoverse has opted for the popular adventurer, Bennett, as the free 4-star character obtainable via a world quest. Although rumors suggest Bennett's origins lie in Natlan, this decision deviates from the established pattern of providing a free character from the new region to aid exploration. Kachina, therefore, will not be a free acquisition.
A Bounty of Free Wishes
The free pulls are generating significant excitement. The number of free pulls has fluctuated (initially 113, then 110, and now confirmed at 115). Completing all content in Version 5.0 will yield this many pulls. However, players with less time to invest can still expect approximately 90 free pulls.
With Version 5.0 launching August 28th and Genshin Impact's 4th anniversary approaching, additional rewards are on the horizon. A 7-day login event will offer ten fates, 1600 Primogems, a pet, and a gadget. Combined with daily commissions, world quests, Spiral Abyss runs, and events, players could accumulate around 18,435 Primogems, or 115 wishes.
