This Fortnite Hunters guide details Weapon Expertise Quests, a new feature rewarding players with XP and access to Legendary weapons. These quests, tied to specific NPCs, involve completing five-stage challenges. Completing a quest unlocks a Legendary weapon from that NPC.

Weapon Expertise Quests Explained
Weapon Expertise Quests are initiated by speaking to Hope, Ruji, or Agent Jones about Expertise and weapon sales. Each quest features five challenges. Beyond the initial weapons, completing subsequent quests unlocks Oni Masks from Daigo (for Void and Fire Oni Mask access) and the Typhoon Blade from Kendo. Progress is tracked in the Quests tab. While completable passively, the rewards justify the effort.
