Reaching Baramos's Lair

Following the completion of the Maw of the Necrogond and acquisition of the Silver Orb, Ramia, the Everbird, becomes available. Access Baramos's Lair by flying from either the Shrine of the Everbird or the Necrogond Shrine.

North of the Necrogond Shrine lies an island nestled amidst mountains – the location of Baramos's Lair. Ramia will transport you to the vicinity of the dungeon entrance. Proceed north to enter.

Navigating Baramos's Lair

Unlike typical dungeons, Baramos's Lair in DQ3 Remake involves traversing both indoor and outdoor areas to reach Baramos. The main outdoor area, "Surroundings," serves as a central hub. Main Path to Baramos:

1. Upon entering from the overworld, bypass the main entrance. Instead, circumnavigate the castle's eastern side towards the northeastern pool of water.
2. Ascend the stairs leading to the pool, turn left (west), and climb another set of stairs. Enter the door on your right.
3. Navigate the Eastern Tower to its top and exit.
4. Traverse the castle roof southwestward, descend the stairs, continue west, and pass through the gaps in the northwestern double wall. Use the northwestern stair set.
5. The stairs lead to the Central Tower. Use the Safe Passage spell to cross electrified floor panels and descend the southwestern stairs to B1 Passageway A.
6. In B1 Passageway A, proceed east to the easternmost stairs.
7. Enter the South-East Tower, heading northeast to the stairs and ascending to the roof. Traverse the roof westward, descend, and cross the grass northwestward to the only available door.
8. This door leads to a small section in the Central Tower's northeast corner. Exit via the only available path.
9. You'll now be in B1 Passageway B. Proceed north and ascend the stairs.
10. Enter the Throne Room, avoiding floor panels, and exit southward.
11. From the "Surroundings" map, locate the Throne Room (northwest structure) and proceed east to the northeastern island structure – Baramos's Den, where the boss awaits.
