Beretsant Feathers are a frequently used crafting component, but their location is not immediately obvious. This guide details how to obtain them.
How to Acquire Beretsant Feathers in Infinity Nikki
Beretsant Feathers aren't rare, but are exclusively found in Stoneville and the Abandoned District in Wishfield. Access to these areas is unlocked upon reaching Chapter 3 of the main storyline. Stoneville, however, offers a readily available supply.
Beretsants, the source of these feathers, resemble cartoon roosters with grey and black plumage and a distinctive red beret-shaped crest. They roam Stoneville's homes, gardens, and pathways, often in pairs or small flocks, and are easily spotted due to their vocalizations.
To collect feathers, equip the Bye Bye Dust ability (or a comparable alternative) from your ability wheel. Approach a Beretsant; they are docile. Once a blue brush icon appears, groom the bird to receive 1 Beretsant Feather and Grooming Insight.
Unlocking relevant nodes in your Heart of Infinity Grid for Stoneville yields additional rewards. A node providing Beretsant Feather Essence (requiring 7,000 Grooming Insight) and another boosting Stoneville Grooming Insight (requiring 25,000 Grooming Insight) are located on the grid's north side (as shown). The Realm of Nourishment at any Warp Spire allows you to use Vital Energy to significantly accelerate Grooming Insight gain.
For efficient feather gathering, utilize your Map's tracking feature. Access the Collections menu (book icon in the bottom left) and select the pawprint tab. Locate Beretsant Feather; the nearest Beretsant will be highlighted on your map. After gathering feathers from that location, the map will update to show the next. Collecting 50 Beretsant Feathers unlocks Precise Tracking, revealing all Beretsants in Wishfield.
While initially time-consuming, Precise Tracking simplifies locating rare materials like Crown Fluff throughout Wishfield.
