NCSoft's Multiplayer MOBA, Battle Crush, is shutting down. This is surprising, given the game never reached its full release. Following a global test in August 2023 and early access in June 2024, the game will cease operations soon.
Battle Crush End of Service (EOS) Date:
The official shutdown date is November 29th, 2024. In-game purchases are no longer available. Refunds will be issued for purchases made between June 27th, 2024, and October 23rd, 2024.
- Refund Requests: Android and Steam players can request refunds from December 2nd, 2024, to January 2025.
- Game Access: Download any desired content before November 28th, 2024, as the game will become inaccessible afterward.
- Website Closure: The official website will remain online until May 30th, 2025, for support purposes.
- Social Media Closure: Social media accounts and Discord will be deactivated on January 31st, 2025.
Was the Shutdown Expected?
The closure is undoubtedly disappointing for players. While enjoyable, Battle Crush suffered from gameplay issues, including clunky controls and pacing problems. This lack of polish ultimately contributed to its premature end.
You can still download Battle Crush from the Google Play Store before the November 29th shutdown. Alternatively, stay tuned for our next article covering the story-driven Autumn Season quests in Black Desert Mobile.
